For Enterprise
The capability is available. The application is not.
Frontier models are a commodity. What is scarce is the work of putting them where an institution actually loses time, and building it so the institution keeps it.
The problem
Pilots that never reach the floor.
Most enterprise AI stops at the demonstration. It works on clean data, in one department, for as long as the vendor is in the room. It stalls the moment it meets the real process.
The second failure is ownership. A capability rented by the seat, running on someone else’s model, under a contract that reprices annually, is not an efficiency gain.
How we work
Measured, then owned.
- Start with the baseline. We measure how long the work takes now. Without that number, no one can say whether anything improved.
- One process, end to end. A single workflow, from where it starts to where it finishes, including the exceptions.
- The institution owns it. Weights, prompts, pipelines and evaluations sit with you, on infrastructure you control.
- Honest results. If the measured gain is not there, we say so and stop.
- Built here. The engineering happens in Nairobi, by people who stay after the launch.
Where it applies
Work that is repetitive, judged, and slow.
- Document and claims work
- Reading, checking and routing the paper an institution already receives. Reconciliation and exception handling.
- Assessment at scale
- Marking, grading and structured feedback. The same engine behind EDU AI Research, which pilots AI-assisted assessment in Kenyan classrooms.
- Verification and onboarding
- Establishing a person once and recognising them again, through the Palm Identity Network. Your systems of record stay where they are and call it for a decision.
Questions
Common questions
What does Hurman provide to enterprises?
Frontier AI applied to a single process the institution already runs, measured against a baseline taken before any work begins, and handed over so the capability stays in house. Current applications span document and claims work, assessment at scale, and verification through the Palm Identity Network.
Does this replace our existing systems?
No. What we build sits alongside what you run, not in place of it. Integration is through an SDK: your payroll, core banking, POS or case management system calls PID for a verification decision and receives an answer. The systems of record stay where they are.
How do we start?
Write to enquiries@hurmangroup.com describing the process in your operation that costs the most time. We reply within two business days.
